摘 要张雪门先生是我国杰出的幼儿教育家，他在不断的实践和探索中，结合当时中国国情和社会发展趋势，总结了关于幼儿教育方面很多优秀的思想，不管是对以前还是现在，都有很大的教育意义。他是行为课程的创始人，主张幼儿课程从幼儿行为中产生的，尊重幼儿的行为与实践；教师和幼儿要在课程实施前做好准备；课程结束之后教师不仅要对自己，还有幼儿，做好合理的评价；在幼儿师资的见习与实习方面也有独到的见解；还强调要合理地安排幼儿园游戏。本篇论文主要写了两方面的问题，首先，具体描述了张雪门先生的幼儿教育思想以及每个思想的特点和意义；其次，结合具体事例，阐述了张雪门先生的幼儿教育思想对我国的幼儿教育事业的启示。关键词：教育思想；行为课程；幼稚师范实习；幼儿游戏；当代启示AbstractMr. Zhang Xuemen is our outstanding educator, he is in constant practice and exploration, combined with national conditions and social development trend was Chinese, summarized about early childhood education a lot of good ideas, regardless of the past or now, are of great significance in education.
