摘 要随着社会的发展、素质教育要求的提高、国民健康理念的形成。这些因素形成软式排球在中国发展和推广的动力。排球的竞技性、全民性、娱乐性使得软式排球有了推广的可行性。 软式排球在的推广和兴起不仅对国民健康有着巨大的意义，同时丰富国民娱乐活动，对于文化建设有着不可忽视的作用。本片论文主要以大学校园为推广研究区域，以女大学生为主体，探讨软式排球在女大学生这个群体推广的可行性。研究方法主要有文献法和比较分析法、内容分析法，本文研究视角锁定到女大学生这个群体上，作为当代高素质群体他们对于接受新事物更加容易，对于体育运动要求的多样化，加之国家政策的支持，这使得软式排球子在女大学生中推广具有可行性。软式排球的在女大学生中的普及，对于提高学生的身体素质、树立健康的生活理念、培养积极向上的态度起到巨大促进作用。为软式排球在全民中普及打好基础，对于国家体育文化建设起到重大作用。关键词：软式排球 可行性 健康理念AbstractWith the development of society, the improvement of quality education requirements, the formation of national health concept.
