摘要幼儿园新入职教师是指刚从大学毕业,进入新的工作岗位,具有教师应有的专业素质、教育理念和教育意识,但教育教学能力和各方面经验都需要加强和提高的新教师。在当今新形势下,对幼儿园的新入职教师提出了各种各样的要求,也出现很多角色适应问题:幼儿园新入职教师在心理适应方面较差;在专业知识、专业技能、经验等方面有所欠缺等等。本文就针对幼儿园新入职教师角色适应的问题采用文献法、调查法和访谈法进行探析,探究新入职教师在角色适应方面的现状、存在问题,并从新入职教师 、 幼儿园、社会三方面提出五个方面改善策略和合理建议: 1. 增强新入职教师的 角色适应能力和学习管理以及职业指导能力 2. 建立正确的 、融洽的师幼关系 3.建立和谐的、独具特色的园所氛围和园所文化 4.适当调节工作强度,加强教师自我调适 5.加强新教师入职支持保障。通过这些策略和建议能够帮助幼儿园新入职教师加快角色适应进程。关键词:幼儿园;新入职教师;角色适应AbstractKindergarten new teachers are just graduated from college, into a new job, with teachers should have the professional quality, educational philosophy and education awareness, but the education and teaching ability and all aspects of experience need to strengthen and improve the new teachers.
