摘 要本篇论文分为了四个部分。第一部分首先是对选题背景的介绍和概念的界定。再详细说明了本文采用的研究方法。最后根据文献法总结了前人在外出活动的价值、类型、时间、组织和意义上的研究观点。并对本研究中的相关概念做了界定。第二部分利用观察法和访谈法细讲了组织外出活动要经过的策划、准备、实施与评价四个阶段。第三部分是根据对不同幼儿园外出活动组织情况的了解,提出了部分幼儿园没有过外出活动经历、参观访问活动较少、新任教师的安全知识储备较少、活动现场不够有秩序和教师对活动评价的重视程度不够,五条在幼儿园组织外出活动中存在的问题,并对产生这些问题的原因做出了一定说明。第四部分结合上述问题提出了加强对教师的培训,确定专门负责外交的人员,开展安全的专题讲座,要求家长的全力配合,评比教师的活动总结五条组织策略,并对每一条策略的具体实施都做了详细的说明。关键字:幼儿园;外出活动;组织策略Abstract The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is to have definition of concept and the introduction of the background of choosing topic. Then, there is a detail explanation of the research methods used in the paper. Finally, there is the conclusion of predecessor’s study opinion of the value, type, time, organization, and meaning of outings according to the literature method and it also has definition of the relevant concept of the study. The second part is to make use of observation and interview to describe the planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation these four stages of the organization of outings. The third part is to suggest that partial kindergartens have no outings experience, less visiting activities, new teachers with less safety knowledge, outings with insufficient orders and the attention of teachers to the comment of events these five issues existed in the organization of outings according to different organization outings of different kindergartens.
