摘 要自上世纪 80 年代以来,有关幼儿园师幼互动的研究受到国际上的广泛关注 。幼儿园里教师与幼儿之间的互动不仅促进了教师的专业成长,也满足了幼儿主体性发展的内在需求;它体现的是教学活动的本质,但也影响着师生间关系的构建。所以,研究幼儿园集体教学活动里的师幼互动,不仅可以解释在此背景下的教师与幼儿的互动价值,也为促进集体教学活动的构建提供了科学的依据。本文里面运用了问卷调查法和文献法,以此来对幼儿园集体教学活动中师幼互动的现状进行了深入了解,并且对调查出的现状结果进行多方面的归因,根据这些归因来提出一些可以促进师幼互动质量提高的建议,如改变幼儿教师、家长观念,提高教师专业水平等等,进而达到构建效果较好的师幼互动的目的。关键字:幼儿园;集体教学活动;师幼互动AbstractSince the last century since 80s, research on the kindergarten teacher young interaction has attracted wide attention in the world.
