摘 要学前教育影响幼儿的成长。幼儿未来的人格发展，必须从幼儿园抓起。幼儿园是幼儿获得知识经验的主要场所，科学的管理促进幼儿园发展。管理者以科学的管理方法和管理理念领导教职工建设和谐温馨的环境对于促进幼儿的发展具有重要的意义。幼儿园的管理包含许多的内容，其中教师管理，是幼儿园教育质量的关键因素，安全管理是幼儿健康快乐成长的前提，教育活动管理是幼儿获得知识经验保障。因此研究幼儿园管理中存在的问题，找出其中的原因与对策有利于我们作为参考 , 使用科学合理的管理促进学前教育事业的发展 。关键词：幼儿园管理；管理者；教师管理；安全管理IAbstractPreschool education has an effect on the growth of young children.
