摘 要幼儿的心理健康问题，是影响幼儿健康成长的重要因素之一，其中焦虑问题是幼儿在成长过程中，面临的一个突出问题。幼儿入园焦虑，就是幼儿入园后，由于其生活规律、周围环境等发生了变化，而由此产生了一定的心理压力。本文主要采用文献法、观察法、案例分析等多种方法，来探讨幼儿的焦虑问题。研究结果表明，幼儿入园焦虑的表现形式，主要概括为哭闹型、依恋型、社交困难型三种。通过结合案例，分析其形成的原因，主要有以下 , 家庭方面：幼儿 家庭组织结构的影响、父母不当的教养方式、家长没有调控好自身的焦虑情绪；幼儿园方面：心理健康教育有所缺失、环境创设方面略有不足、家园合作的开展较少；教师方面：自身素质有待提高、与家长的交流甚少。针对以上存在的这些问题，也提出了相应的建议。主要包括：创设良好的家庭环境，父母要提高自身素质，做好幼儿入园的准备工作；幼儿园要加大对环境创设方面的投资，加强教师队伍的培训，完善幼儿园的心理健康教育体系；教师要加强理论知识的学习，关心爱护幼儿，做好家长的交流工作。通过以上建议的实施，使幼儿更好的适应社会，健康快乐的成长。关键词：幼儿；焦虑；幼儿入园焦虑；应对策略AbstractChildren's mental health problems, it is one of the important factors that affect children's healthy growth, the anxiety problem is a prominent problem in the process of their growth.
