幼儿教师专业阅读现状调查摘要:随着网络和信息技术的全球化,知识经济的快速发展,国际竞争也越来越激烈,阅读越来越被人们所重视。教师承担着教育学生的重大责任,教师的专业阅读也越来越重要,需要教师通过进行专业阅读来不断提高自己教育观念和教学水平。当前很多幼儿教师进行专业阅读水平参差不齐,关注幼儿教师专业阅读对于幼儿教师专业化发展有十分重要的意义。本文主要运用问卷调查法对西安市的幼儿园教师阅读现状展开调查。发现幼儿教师专业阅读时间短,阅读量也相对较少;并且还发现教师对于自身专业阅读的满意度一般。专业阅读中存在问题主要是:缺乏专业阅读的内在动机以及专业阅读内容不够全面并且缺乏良好的专业阅读习惯。其产生原因是:幼儿园繁杂的工作占用了教师阅读时间;教师缺乏良好的阅读环境;以及有些教师存在惰性心理和职业倦怠。针对上述问题及其产生原因提出促进教师专业阅读的建议:一教师方面要树立正确的阅读观,丰富阅读的内容,保证阅读时间,培养良好的阅读习惯。二幼儿园方面:开展多种阅读活动,保证阅读时间;营造良好的阅读环境。关键词:幼儿教师,专业阅读,专业发展reading: With the globalization of network and information technology, the rapid development of knowledge economy, international competition is becoming more and more intense, reading more and more people attach importance to.
