摘 要幼儿园老师专业生活发展的主要内容涵盖专业理念、技能、知识,还有反省、互相帮助和专业引导等。本研究的具体内容如下:一、绪论。本部分写了选题缘由,研究目的和研究意义,以及相关概念的界定 , 和研究方法和步骤。二、幼儿教师专业生活的故事。本部分写了 a 老师、b 老师、c 老师的专业生活故事。从择业、适应幼儿园、幼稚到成熟、人际交往、专业情感、专业困境方面来写了三位老师的专业生活故事。三、幼儿教师专业生活中存在的问题与原因分析:存在的问题有专业生活发展中产生“高原现象”、专业生活基础薄弱、专业发展中产生“职业倦怠现象” 、 专业训练亟待强化和幼儿教师专业自主受到限制;原因分析有职业倦怠产生的原因、“高原现象”产生的原因、农村幼儿教师专业发展的不足和城市幼儿教师专业发展的不足。四、幼儿教师专业生活优化路径与建议:本部分主要内容有工作中端正学习态度、为幼儿教师提供培训、抬高幼儿园准入门槛、提高幼儿教师的社会地位、提高幼儿教师的待遇和加强自身的职业道德。关键词:幼儿教师;专业生活;教师专业发展;叙事研究AbstractKindergarten teachers career development of the main content covers professional ideas, skills, knowledge, and reflection, mutual assistance and professional guidance.
