摘 要主观幸福感( Subjective Well-being , SWB )是衡量个人生活质量的重要综合 性心理指标。研究表明,主观幸福感是评估相当长一段时期的情感反应和生活满意度。研究幼儿教师的主观幸福感,可以让我们了解幼儿教师对于自己当前的生活质量的总体评估,为调动幼儿教师工作积极性提供理论依据。本研究以调查问卷法,调查陕西省汉中市西乡县 8 所幼儿园的 124 名教师的主 观幸福感,生活满意度及情感体验现状,通过研究这些问卷,总结影响幼儿教师主观幸福感的主观因素和客观因素,同时也对一部分幼儿教师进行访谈,从而提出相应的对策,为幼儿教师的主观幸福感的提高提供科学依据。关键词:幼儿教师;主观幸福感;调查研究AbstractSubjective well-being (Subjective Well-being SWB) is a measure of the quality of life of individuals is an important comprehensive psychological index. The results show that subjective well-being is evaluated for a long period of emotion and life satisfaction.
