摘 要在教育事业发展如此迅猛的当今社会里,“教学反思”(The reflection of education)这一教育术语在教育界显然已经成为一个流行词。[[1]]幼儿教师能否有效自觉地进行教学反思已经成为社会越来越关注的焦点话题。[[2]]笔者主要运用问卷调查的方式,对六所幼儿园的幼儿教师展开调查。通过对幼儿教师教学反思现状的调查,笔者发现在教学反思方面主要存在以下的问题:教员对教学反思的内涵的认识不够深刻、幼儿教师进行教学反思的时间常不能连贯持久、教师在实行的时候着重关注的点不合理、教师反思的内容不够完整全面、教师实施反思的渠道过于单调、幼儿园对教学反思活动的支持力度不够。针对以上出现的不足,笔者深层次的剖析了问题产生的缘由,并且分别从教员和幼儿园方面提出相应的改进策略:1.幼儿教师:教师应该加强本身对教学反思的领会、多去尝试用多种渠道去进行教学审视与自省、教师应该充分的利用时间,保证教学反思的连贯性、教师应从整体上树立一个正确的教学观。2.幼儿园:幼儿园要加大对教学反思的硬性要求、改善园所得教学管理规章制度、为教师提供多重的学习交流机会与此同时和幼儿家长搞好合作的关系。[[3]]关键词:幼儿教师 教学反思 反思AbstractIn today's society, the rapid development of education, "teaching reflection" (The reflection of Education) the term education in the field of education has become a popular word.preschool teachers can effectively consciously reflect on teaching has become more and more social topic of concern.The author mainly uses questionnaire survey, kindergarten teachers of six kindergartens investigation.
