摘 要现如今,在幼儿园一日活动中对幼儿进行表扬已经被幼儿园和教师们接受和采用,这是因为表扬对幼儿园中教育教学活动顺利开展和帮助幼儿了解自己具有重要的推动作用。但是表扬是把双利剑,适当的表扬有利于使幼儿形成良好的行为态度和情感,进而促进幼儿的健康发展。不适当的表扬则不利于幼儿形成良好的行为态度和情感,甚至阻碍幼儿的健康发展。这引发笔者的思考,究竟现阶段幼儿教师表扬行为存在哪些问题,该如何使用正确实施表扬等问题。本研究一方面采用了文献法,搜集了大量有关幼儿教师表扬行为的资料;另一方面采用了观察法,在咸阳某一幼儿园进行了十五天的实地观察。试图发现幼儿教师表扬行为中存在的问题以及反思问题形成的原因。在此基础上探索更加科学合理的表扬策略,帮助幼儿教师掌握表扬的技巧与方法,从而促进幼儿的全面发展。关键词:幼儿教师;表扬;行为AbstractNow, the children in the kindergarten day activities in kindergarten and teachers praise has been accepted and adopted, this is because the praise of the kindergarten education teaching activities smoothly and help children understand their own plays an important role in promoting.
