I幼儿户外体育活动的探究 ---以兰州市 C 幼儿园为例摘 要 体育教育是幼儿园教育中不可或缺的一部分,体育教育不仅是它是促进我们整个幼儿的身心健康和谐发展的重要组成部分,也是我们实现整个幼儿体、智、德、美健康和谐发展的重要实施教育手段。在《3-6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》中也明确规定:“正常情况下,幼儿每日户外体育活动不得少于一个小时”,可以明显看出,户外体育活动的特殊重要性。因此说,户外组织开展户外体育活动对于促进幼儿的身心健康发展起着非常重要的作用。本次研究笔者主要采用了文献资料的参考、问卷调查、案例的分析等研究方法对针对甘肃省兰州市 C 幼儿园户外体育活动的组织现状进行了探究得出的问题,提出了相关的意见和建议。经过探究,笔者发现了该幼儿园户外体育活动在组织的过程中存在着对幼儿户外体育认知和观念上的不足;活动时间不足;教师组织活动形式上的单一;幼儿体能差距比较较大等问题。为了解决这些问题,本文概括出了几个解决的方法,首先需要提升对幼儿户外体育活动的认知水平,转变体育活动观念;适当放宽户外体育活动的时间;正视体能差距,探索新型活动组织形式等。关键词:幼儿户外体育活动;现状;问题;对策IIABSTRACTPhysical education is an indispensable part of kindergarten education.
