摘 要人与人之间会发生冲突，身心还在发展的幼儿之间的同伴冲突更是很普遍的一种现象。有很多原因会导致幼儿之间发生同伴冲突，例如幼儿身心发展还不完全的原因，家庭氛围方面的原因，教师方面的原因，同伴之间的原因，大众媒介的原因；通常大人们会用成人的眼光去看待问题，将幼儿之间发生的冲突看作是消极的，但往往忽略了冲突带给幼儿的积极的影响，作为家长，教师，我们应该客观的去分析幼儿产生冲突的原因，积极的去引导幼儿去解决问题，教给他们一些解决冲突的经验，逐步培养他们独自解决冲突的能力，减少对幼儿身心发展的影响，并充分利用冲突对幼儿的积极作用。本文主要就影响幼儿的同伴冲突的原因进行比较系统的分析，并且提出相应的干预策略，希望为解决幼儿的冲突行为提供合理化的建议。关键词：幼儿冲突；影响因素；解决策略AbstractThere is a conflict between people,and the conflict between children who are still in development is a common phenomenon.There are many reasons for the conflict between children,such as children`s physical and mental development is not complete,the reason for the family atmosphere,the reason for the family atmosphere,the reasons for teachers,the reasons for their peers,the reasons for the mass media.Adult usually look at problems in an adult perspective.The conflict between children as a negative,but often ignored the positive impact of conflict to children.As parents,teachers,we should go to the children`s analysis of the reason of conflict objective,to guide children to solve problems actively,give them some experience to resolve the conflict,develop gradually,reduce the influence on the development of children`s body and mind,and make full use of positive effects on children`s conflict.In this paper,the causes of the impact of children`s peer conflicts are analyzed systematically,and the corresponding intervention strategies are proposed.Key word: Children conflict； Influence factor； Solution strategy目 录TOC \o "1-3" \h \z...
