摘 要幼儿时期是身体生长发育的主要时期,确保幼儿的饮食结构平衡,营养搭配合理,培养幼儿良好的饮食行为是该阶段的主要任务。良好的饮食行为不是快速养成的,需要成人和幼儿的共同坚持。笔者认为幼儿的不良饮食行为可以从以下几个方面进行研究:第一、幼儿被动进餐;第二、幼儿挑食、偏食;第三、幼儿进餐专注度不高;第四、幼儿进餐速度不均衡;第五、幼儿进餐时间不定;第六、幼儿吃零食现象普遍;第七、剩余饭菜。针对这些问题,笔者从幼儿教师方面:建立科学的幼儿观;注意观察幼儿进餐前的情绪情感;建立常规,养成习惯;根据年龄特点设置饮食行为标准。幼儿家庭方面:家长对幼儿的饮食观念要一样;烹饪技术,注意幼儿食物的花样;家长为幼儿的饮食做好榜样;加强家园合作。幼儿园方面:开展多种形式的饮食教育活动;合理分配幼儿活动时间;增加幼儿餐点的丰富度。社会方面:幼儿食品广告要完善;处罚生产不合格儿童食品的厂商。关键词:不良饮食;幼儿;改善策略中文摘要ⅠAbstractEarly childhood is the key growth and development period of the body, to ensure that children's balanced diet, reasonable nutrition, cultivating children's good eating behavior is the main task of this stage.
