摘 要本研究主要应用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等,分析了我国大学生篮球联赛多年来的发展行进历程，CBA 篮球联赛年轻球员的选拔和成长过程以及高校作为 CBA 年轻队员培训库的优势和劣势进行探讨，研究表明：（1）高校篮球参与面较广人员众多；高校篮球具有独一无二的文化特征,高学历和高技术的运动员成长模式对家长和中学生产生很强认可度；高校球员发展空间更为宽广。（2）大学生篮球联赛球员的进校时实力相对较差；许多教练员专业素质不高；大学生篮球联赛比赛区域分配相对较为理想化；学校对运动队的资金支持不足等问题，通过以上分析，并提出了 CUBA 成为中国篮球人才培养基地的可行性，对我国篮球事业的发展具有重要意义。关键词：大学生篮球联赛；人才培养；可行性AbstractThis study mainly used the method of literature and logical analysis and interviews, analysis of the development process.
