摘 要陕西省志丹县被誉为“中国草根足球的发源地”和“全国第一个校园足球试点县”，其青少年校园足球活动得到国家主席习近平的肯定，成为校园足球活动中的“志丹现象”。通过文献资料法、观察法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法，对校园足球中的“志丹现象”的发展过程、主要成就、产生原因以及启示等进行分析，为校园足球和基层足球的深入发展提供借鉴。研究认为：“志丹现象”主要表现为足球人口的普及、足球教练的培养、足球赛事的举办、足球人才的输出以及足球影响的扩大等方面；“志丹现象”产生的原因主要包括志丹人对足球的热爱、拥有一批献身足球事业的领路人、政府及社会各界对足球的支持等；“志丹现象”给我们的启示主要是培养学生足球兴趣，形成良好的足球运动氛围；国家和社会对足球的大力支持；畅通球员成长渠道，赢得家长的理解与支持等。关键词：校园足球；志丹现象；启示AbstractThe county of Shaanxi province, ZhiDan County is honored as ‘the cradle of China's grassroots football" and "the first campus football pioneer”, Our President xi jinping had thought highly of its youth football games.
