摘 要在现今多元化社会下拥有高素质的教师已经成为了社会发展的趋势。教师队伍的建设中的中心问题是提高教师的专业素养，校本研修作为学校发展、教师专业成长和学生良好学习的有效手段也是必要的方式被提到日常生活中来。在校本研修中去促进教师专业成长从而带动学校教育的发展是当前较为普通的也是最有效的方法。研究探索出正确的校本研修模式使其与教师专业成长相适应。教师才能在校本研修的过程中健康快乐的成长。从而不断的提升巩固教师的知识提高教师的专业素养，发展健康、乐观、高效的教育。本篇论文就校本研修现阶段现状为背景探索研究出现阶段下两者之间的联系，以校本研修对教师专业成长四个纬度的影响以及教师社会关系方面为中心展开研究，阐述揭示校本研修对教师专业成长的作用已及他们之间的规律。以及如何去有效的实施校本研修从而真正的促进教师的专业成长提出解决措施。关键词：校本研修；教师专业成长；教师专业化；教师专业四维度；AbstractIn today's diversified society with high-quality teachers have become the trend of social development.
