摘 要学生厌学是学校中遍及呈现的景象 , 已成为困扰广大小学生学习的一大问题 。本文在国内外相关研究成果的基础上，以咸阳市几所公立小学走访调查，发现小学普遍存在厌学现象。在课堂上学生表现为听讲不认真，扰乱课堂秩序，作业无法按时安质完成；在课外，沉迷于游戏无法自拔，产生叛逆心理。对其产生现象的原因从四个方面分析，小学生自身对学习无法产生兴趣甚至厌恶；家庭不合理的教育、学校过度的教学要求、社会的不良影响对学生的学习及身心发展都会产生不良影响。对应其原因提出相应对策，个人自我调整，正确认识学习，对学习产生兴趣；科学的家庭教育方法对父母提出更高的要求；人才培养的方式与质量在于学校的制度与策略；取其精华，去其糟粕是针对对社会方面因素的解决策略。关键词：厌学；成因；对策；个人；学校；家；社会AbstractIn students' learning is a school in present, has become a big problem in the students learning.
