摘 要安全问题是当前小学教育管理中极其重要的问题。当前小学生安全教育理念、措施、方法和考评等方面都存在一定的问题。本文通过马斯洛需求与生命教育这两个理论为基础，结合当下社会的现状，针对小学学校，发现学校对小学生的安全教育忽视比较严重；缺乏生命教育；相关法律法规流于表面，执行力度很弱。针对以上这些问题，本文结合能执行的可行性，提出了相应的策略：提高对安全教育的重视程度；增加安全经费投入；加大执法力度；创建家校互助的心理健康模式。关键词：安全；学校安全教育；问题；策略AbstractThe security problem is an extremely important problem in primary education management.
