摘 要21 世纪以来，小学生校外托管机构已普遍出现。客观来讲，这种机构的出现是家庭、学校、以及社会等各方面综合因素导致。确实，小学生校外托管机构解决了家庭的后顾之忧。但这种机构在迎合当今家长需求的同时也伴随着一系列教育管理问题的产生。笔者概括了四个方面，行政、教学、生活、及安全。相应的也从政府、学校、家庭、经营者四个角度提出了有针对性的解决策略。文章的创新点是笔者结合当下我国教育部为解决“小学生放学后没人接管”的问题，所提倡的制度，从学校角度提出了合理的建议。此外，从小学生校外托管长远发展来考虑，为校外托管经营者提出了“制定可持续发展战略计划”的建议。最后希望问题得以解决，为广大儿童提供更好的教育环境。关键字：小学生；校外托管机构；教育管理问题及策略AbstractSince the beginning of the 21st century, primary school students have also appeared.
