摘 要时代在进步，如今人们越来越认识到创新意识对于一个归家的重要性。创新意识的增长推动着人们创新能力的增长，科技的发展，国家综合国力的增长，改变着人们的世界观、价值观，它渗透于人类生活的方方面面。既然它对人类影响如此大，那么就要培养创新意识，加深创新意识的积淀。培养创新意识需要通过教育来进行，教育要从小抓起，那作为初等教育的小学教育就显得尤为重要。本文主要对小学生创新意识培养现状及培养对策进行研究。文章分为四个部分：第一部分说明研究小学生创新意识培养的目的意义；第二部分通过问卷调查搞清小学生创新意识培养的现状；第三部分列出小学生创新意识培养的影响因素；第四部分对小学生创新意识培养的出路进行探讨。通过这些让教师认识到对创新意识培养的重要性，对培养中出现的问题给予一些建议，让创新意识在小学阶段得到好的发展。关键词：小学生；创新意识；培养；对策ABSTRACTWith the progress of the time, more and more people realized the importance of innovation for a home.
