摘 要20 世纪以来,我国逐步开始实施素质教育和新课程改革运动,“教师专业化”问题越来越受到重视。本论文描述了 Y 县 X 小学教师专业化的基本现状。分析得到 Y 县 X 小学存在的问题主要有:一是教师专业知识有所欠缺;二是教师的教育科研能力较低;三是缺乏有效的教师培训活动;四是教师评价体系缺乏有效性;五是教师资格证书制度不完善。面对以上诸多问题,本文就此展开了具体的剖析并提出了相对切实可行的对策去解决。最后,对本课题的研究做了总结与反思。关键词:专业化;教师专业化;专业化发展AbstractSince the 20th century, our country has gradually begun to carry out quality education and the new curriculum reform movement, with more attention paid to the problem of "teacher professionalism".This paper first analyzes the basic situation of the specialization of teachers in X County X primary school, and finds out that there are main problems:First, teachers 'professional knowledge is lacking; Second, teachers' ability of education and research is low; Third,it is lack of effective teacher training activities; Fourth, the lack of effectiveness of teacher evaluation system; Fifth, the teacher qualification certificate system is imperfect.
