摘 要随着社会的发展,各行各业竞争日益激烈,教育这一行也显露出一些问题。教师们每日面对巨大的工作量和竞争的压力,日显疲惫。消极工作、情绪低落都出现在教师群体中,小学教师更是常见。在新课改中,更多新理念进入小学校园,这不仅对学生有巨大影响,对于教师们来说也是一项巨大的挑战。通过文献,在对国内外教师职业倦怠研究有一定了解的基础上,对咸阳市渭城区随机抽五所小学教师调查研究,分析出了部分教师职业倦怠的原因。笔者将其分为社会因素、学校因素和个人因素,其中包括收入过低、社会地位不高;教学硬件措施不齐全、教师评价体系不完善、人际关系不协调;自我认识不充足、没有人生目标等。结合咸阳市渭城区的具体情况,笔者给出了三方面的解决措施,从教育行政部门到学校组织机构,再谈到教师自身的综合素质,本研究的目的是加强小学教师对于职业倦怠感的正确认识,给学校和教师提供部分可行的策略,以帮助越来越多教师远离职业倦怠感,更有成效的工作,从而提高我们的教育质量。关键词:职业倦怠感;原因分析;应对策略AbstractWith the development of society, all industries increasingly competitive, education also revealed some problems.
