摘 要:课堂教学管理一直都是有效教学的保证。传统的课堂教学管理理念认为管理就是教师对学生的压制或控制,完全违背了教学相长的原则,这是一个急需解决的教育问题。本研究在新一轮课程改革的条件下,运用文献法、观察法以及问卷调查的方式对目前小学教师的课堂教学管理现状进行了认真的分析研究。文章分为从问题的缘起、设计调查问卷和分析影响课堂教学管理现状的因素出发 , 阐述了小学教师课堂教学管理的现状,最后给出了教师在教学中可以参考使用的可行性策略。关键词:课堂教学管理;管理现状;策略Abstract:Classroom teaching management has always been guaranteeing effective teaching. The traditional classroom management concept that management is suppress or control of the teacher to the student, it's absolutely against the principle of teaching others teaches yourself, this is an education problems that quickly need to solve. Under the condition of a new curriculum reform, this study has been analyzing and researching the current management status quo of elementary school teachers by used literature method, observation method and questionnaire survey.
