摘 要作为一名准小学教师,在为期半年的小学实习期间,自己深刻的感受到了教师的课堂管理行为对学生教育的重要影响,也发现了一些现存的小学教师课堂管理误区。因此本论文旨要在新课程改革的人本主义教育核心思想的背景下,通过大量的文献检索、调查访谈等方法,对现有的大部分国内外文献进行分析探索,对部分典型教师进行访谈记录,以及去一些小学进行实时调查,最终在导师指导帮助下整理出目前小学教师在课堂管理中存在的一些误区,例如:专制型、简单粗暴型的课堂管理行为。而这些误区的成因可以从教师和学校、家庭和社会两大角度去分析,例如:教师权威思想过重、缺乏相应的培训、社会与家庭对学校的要求过于苛刻等等原因。最后研究者粗浅的提出一些提高管理行为的具体措施。关键词:教师 ; 课堂 ; 课堂管理 ; 课堂管理行为 AbstractAs a primary school teacher, In elementary school internship for half a year, I deep feeling the teachers' classroom management behavior is important influence of education to the student, also found some existing elementary school teachers classroom management's misunderstandings.This paper aimed to be in the new curriculum reform under the background of the humanistic education of the core ideas, through a lot of methods such as literature search, investigation interview, most of the existing literature at home and abroad were analyzed to explore, to interview of some typical teachers, and real-time investigation to some elementary school, eventually with teacher guidance help sort out the current primary school teachers in some misunderstandings existing in classroom management, for example: authoritarian, simple crude classroom management behavior.And the cause of these misunderstandings can from the teachers and schools, families and society two angles to analyze, for example: the teacher authority thought is excessive, lack of corresponding training is too harsh to the requirement of the school, society and family, a...
