摘要随着应试教育地位的提升,以学生成绩作为唯一衡量标准的教育目的日益增大了学生的压力,同时也增大了教师的压力。教师作为教育的传授者,即教书育人责任的承担者,但很少有人关注教师自身的身心健康,实际的工作效率、工作水平,教师会在一定程度上影响学生,学生的学习成果也不一定会有所长进。反之,如果能从教师这个角度出发,关注教师的发展,以及教师对教育领域的影响,也许能更好的扭转现在把焦点都放在学生客体上这个不平衡的状态。教师像蜡烛,燃烧自己,照亮别人。本研究从小学教师的教学效能感出发,通过对咸阳市小学教师教学效能感的调查分析目前小学教师教学效能感的现状,分析如何才能有效地发挥自身价值,即提升教学效能感的策略,在最大程度上获得自身认可和满足,这是本文着重要研究的对象。关键词:小学教师;教学效能感;现状分析;研究策略AbstractWith the advancement of examination-oriented education,The educational aim of students ' achievement as the sole measure of criterion increasing the pressure of students.
