摘 要班级是学校的组织单位，班级管理好了，学校的教育教学工作才会得以顺利进行。本文以渭城区三所小学高年级班主任为调查对象，通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法调查小学高年级班级管理现状，分析其中的管理问题，探究处理问题的对策。研究表明，现阶段小学班级管理中存在的问题主要有：班级管理理念落后、班级管理效能感不足、班主任治班实践缺乏民主。这些问题的存在严重影响了班级与学生的健康成长，阻碍了教育向更高层次的发展。经过分析这些问题形成的原因，提出了改善班级管理现状的对策，即帮助班主任树立正确的班级管理理念；实际提高班主任班级管理效能感；以及运用多种方式落实班主任民主化治班。关键词：小学高年级；班级管理；班主任；问题；对策AbstractThe class is the organizational unit of the school, the class management is good, the school education and teaching work will be carried out smoothly.
