摘 要班级是学校的组织单位,班级管理好了,学校的教育教学工作才会得以顺利进行。本文以渭城区三所小学高年级班主任为调查对象,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法调查小学高年级班级管理现状,分析其中的管理问题,探究处理问题的对策。研究表明,现阶段小学班级管理中存在的问题主要有:班级管理理念落后、班级管理效能感不足、班主任治班实践缺乏民主。这些问题的存在严重影响了班级与学生的健康成长,阻碍了教育向更高层次的发展。经过分析这些问题形成的原因,提出了改善班级管理现状的对策,即帮助班主任树立正确的班级管理理念;实际提高班主任班级管理效能感;以及运用多种方式落实班主任民主化治班。关键词:小学高年级;班级管理;班主任;问题;对策AbstractThe class is the organizational unit of the school, the class management is good, the school education and teaching work will be carried out smoothly. This article takes the senior grade teacher of the three primary school of Weicheng district as the investigation object, through the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to investigate the elementary school class management present situation, analyzes the management question, explores the handling question countermeasure. The research shows that the main problems existed in the primary school class management are: The class management concept is backward, the class management efficiency is insufficient, the class teacher's treatment practice lacks democracy.
