摘 要随着时代的发展和社会的进步,教育问题越发得到大众的关注,市面上各种各样的课外辅导班不断应运而生,伴随了很大一部分学生的学习与生活。但是,课外辅导班毕竟是在应试教育促使下才快速发展起来的产物,究竟有多少孩子是自愿进入辅导班的?又有多少孩子能从中获得益处?课外辅导班对学生的成长来说,究竟是有利还是有弊?这是一个值得探讨的问题。本文采用实践调查和理论分析相结合的方法,结合文献法、问卷法、访谈法等研究方法,随机抽取咸阳市渭城区三所小学学生,通过发放问卷以及对学生和家长的随机访谈的方式对他们参加课外辅导班的实际情况进行调查,首先对咸阳市渭城区小学生参加课外辅导班的现状作以基本了解,其次分析小学课外辅导为何能如此快速地风靡各地,最后通过家长们对课外辅导班的态度和对课外辅导现象的看法,总结出课外辅导班存在的利弊以及对如何实现趋利避害提出了相关建议。研究表明,咸阳市渭城区 90%的孩子都参加过课外辅导班,然而,通过访谈笔者却发现家长们对课外辅导班的评价褒贬不一,可见,虽然课外辅导班广受大众追捧,但是小学生参加课外辅导班取得的效果不尽相同,其并不是完全有利于所有孩子的发展,一旦选择不当反而会适得其反。关键词:小学课外辅导;辅导班;调查;问题;思考AbstractWith the development of the Times and the progress of society, education has become more and more public attention, the market on various extra-curricular classes constantly emerged, accompanied by a large part of the students study and life.
