摘 要改革开放以来，经济迅速发展，教育不断深入。人们物质条件充裕，教育观念发生转变。家长如今不仅重视孩子的基础学科教育，同样重视孩子在艺术领域的发展。少儿舞蹈是一门综合艺术，所以它是家长和孩子的首选。新事物的快速崛起，必然存在很多的问题。因此我对迅速崛起的校外少儿舞蹈培训机构进行调查探究。论文首先应用文献资料法，查阅关于舞蹈和少儿舞蹈的相关书籍、论文、期刊资料，在我国专家和学者研究基础上，提出少儿舞蹈的价值，并逐层分析。其次，对在培训机构的学员和教师进行问卷调查，对培训机构的行政人员，管理者，教师进行访谈，了解培训机构的产业发展、教师和学员基本情况。最后提出几点合理有效的建议。本论文只是通过咸阳市渭城区的四所少儿舞蹈培训机构来做探究和调查，范围有限，问题以及建议只代表为个人观点，希望能有一定的借鉴意义。关键词：少儿舞蹈 ; 价值 ; 培训机构 ; 发展现状 AbstractSince the reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly and the education has continued to deepen.
