摘 要篮球是一项传播范围特别大的运动项目，篮球这项运动被众人所接受的程度也越来越深。历年的三大篮球赛事我国的男女篮球队均都取得过非常不错的成绩。我国从国家到地方每年的篮球比赛的也呈现不断增加的趋势，不管是什么群体，每次的比赛都会需要大量的裁判，所以对于篮球裁判的工作要求也给与了高标准、严要求的挑战。随着咸阳市即将承办 2018 年的陕西省第十六届运动会和2021 年的全国第十四届运动会，到时的篮球赛事肯定会精彩纷呈，这样就对篮球裁判员的执裁工作提升了难度，同时也为篮球的裁判培养、培训工作提出了很大的考验。本篇论文从文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法这些方法中对咸阳市体育局已注册裁判员的发展现状和对策研究进行了考察、询问、调查、分析，对咸阳市篮球裁判员人员基本情况、知识结构和学历水平、裁判规则学习情况、业务综合素质、培训考核情况等方面进行综合分析。找出咸阳市篮球裁判员队伍存在的根源问题和阻碍发展的因素。对咸阳市篮球裁判队伍的发展和创新提出可行性的保障措施，同时也为咸阳市篮球裁判队伍的发展建设提供可靠的理论参考，以此来推动和发展咸阳篮球裁判队伍的整体水平，为更好的发展咸阳篮球裁判员队伍保驾护航。关键词：咸阳市；篮球裁判；发展现状；对策研究AbstractBasketball is a sport with a special range of communication.
