摘 要我国目前学前教育的重点和难点在农村学前教育。现如今农村学前教育机构的数量与国家和地区的要求还有很大的差异。本文主要分析了咸阳地区农村学前教育存在的主要问题：生源不足，幼儿园生存受到威胁，留守儿童比例增加，心理健康教育缺失，基本条件没有保障；师资水平低，保教质量差，教师身份待遇难落实，师资队伍不稳定；政府财政投入的不足，幼儿园软硬件设施条件落后简陋。造成这种现状的原因有：农村学前教育政策的相对缺失，政府的失职管理，农村原始的生态背景影响，教师师资不足，教育思想观念陈旧落后等原因，提出了针对咸阳地区农村学前教育现状的对策和建议。关键词：农村；学前教育；问题；对策AbstractPre-school education is the individual accept education education first.Rural pre-school education is the key and difficult point for pre-school education in our country.Nowadays the number of rural preschool education institutions and countries and regions also has the very big difference.This paper analyzes the main problems of rural pre-school education: xianyang area students, kindergarten survival is threatened, rising rates of left-behind children, lack of mental health education, the basic conditions of no guarantee;Teaching level is low, poor quality of wang, treatment of teacher identity difficult to implement, the teachers troop unstable;The lack of government financial input, the kindergarten hardware and software facilities conditions behind the humble.The causes of this situation are: the relative lack of rural pre-school education policy, the government management of dereliction of duty, the rural original ecological background, teachers' teaching task, education ideas obsolete backwardness and so on reasons, put forward according to current situation of preschool education in the countryside of xianyang region of countermeasures and Suggestions.Keywords: rural;preschool education;problems and countermeasure目 录前 言 1...
