摘 要自古以来我国是一个多民族多语言的国家，我国的西藏自治区是一个多民族聚集的地区。西藏和平解放后就开始实施了藏汉双语教学，为的是在各民族之间能够更好的学习、沟通。和平解放后，西藏各地区的经济和社会各方面都有了翻天覆地的变化，但是由于农牧地区地理环境和交通等因素，经济和各方面都落后，教育事业也如此。受条件的限制藏汉双语教学质量差。在西藏农牧区地区为了解决跟其他民族沟通方面的问题，实施藏汉双语教学是必不可少的，同时也可以提高本民族素质，培养藏汉双语人才，还能对农牧地区的发展上起到了重要作用。本文以西藏农牧区小学为研究对象，了解农牧区小学实施藏汉双语教学发展历程，以及对现状进行了整理和分析，经文献研究、调查等基本方法来收集并整理资料，主要对藏汉双语教师的数量、知识文化水平、课堂教学以及对学生学习汉语的态度情况做了调查，揭示了实施藏汉双语教学的过程中所出现的问题 ， 最后针对这些问题提出来相应的解决对策。关键词：西藏农牧区；双语教学；藏汉双语；问题；对策Abstractlanguage of China is a multi-ethnic country since ancient times, China's Tibet Autonomous Region, is a region of multi-ethnic gathering.
