我 国 互 联 网 企 业 跨 国 并 购 的 风 险 与 对 策研 究摘 要随着国力的增强，在融入国际大环境之后，中国互联网企业在各个领域都将有进行跨国并购的需要和机会。中国互联网企业之所以会从事跨国并购，是追求先进的资源和开拓国际市场，但是中国互联网企业跨国并购的高发生率相对应的却是低成功率，这说明跨国并购充满极大风险。所以有必要对互联网企业跨国并购的风险进行分析，做好防范工作，减少失败的几率，本文从众多风险中，选出风险作为论述的重点，对风险的各种类型进行分析，提出防范策略，以期能够为中国互联网企业进行跨国并购中提供借鉴。 关键词: 互联网企业；跨国并购；风险分析；风险防范 1ABSTRACT With the increase of national strength, Chinese Internet companies will have the need and opportunity to conduct cross-border mergers and acquisitions in various fields after they integrate into the international environment. The reason why Chinese Internet companies engage in transnational mergers and acquisitions is to pursue advanced resources and expand the international market, but the high incidence rate of transnational mergers and acquisitions of Chinese Internet companies corresponds to the low success rate, which indicates that transnational mergers and acquisitions are full of great risks.
