天水市废旧家电逆向物流发展中存在的问题及解决对策摘要在经济和科技快速发展之下，我国正处于废弃产品报废的高峰期，报废的家电正在不断的呈上升趋势增加，家电产品更新换代的速度更是日新月异，从而对天水市的环境问题造成了严重的污染，并严重影响着天水市经济的可持续发展，因此废旧家电的回收问题便成为制约天水市城市发展的重要因素。 作为有天水市经济、政治、文化的中心，对废旧家电产品如何有效的回收处置成为当前非常迫切的问题，本文通过对逆向物流相关概念进行简单论述，对天水市废旧家电的逆向物流发展状况做了详细的调研分析，并找总结出问题的所在之处，例如缺乏有效统一的管理体制、 政府扶持力度不够、回收渠道和信息技术落后、市民环保意识差、缺乏逆向物流人才等。针对以上五个方面的问题对天水市废旧家电逆向物流的发展，结合个人的看法对此提出以下建议和意见：强化管理手段，建立有效统一的管理体制；加大政府扶持力度，鼓励企业发展； 构建更加规范，高效的回收渠道； 加强宣传引导，提高公众认知；加强物流人才培养，实施人才储备战略。 [关键词]天水；废旧家电；逆向物流；家电企业Problems in Reverse Logistics Development of Used Household Appliances in Tianshui City and SolutionsABSTRACTWith the rapid development of economy and science and technology, China is in the peak period of scrap products, and the household appliances are on the rise.
