摘 要:随着社会的不断发展,上班族这类人群面对巨大的压力,很多人都处于亚健康状态,身心所处的健康不容乐观。而缺乏体育所导致的各种心理健康问题备受关注,本人以上班族为分析对象,本文主要运用了统计法、逻辑分析法、文献资料法对上班族体育锻炼的状况进行问卷调查,根据问卷调查的结果分析影响上班族体育锻炼的因素,及分析体育锻炼对于上班族心理健康的影响和必要性,并得出相关结论,就上班族而言,提出一系列体育锻炼方面的建议,让上班族身心健康,更好的生活。关键词:上班族 体育锻炼 心理健康Abstract:Study on the effect of physical exercise on mental health of workerswith the continuous development of the society, office workers of this kind of crowd face enormous pressure, a lot of people are in sub-health state, physical and mental health is not optimistic.
