绍兴市越城区中小学体育场馆 对社会开放的研究调查 绍兴市越城区中小学体育场馆对社会开放的研究调查——以鲁迅小学为例摘 要:本文以绍兴市越城区鲁迅小学为研究对象，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数理统计法和访谈法，对绍兴市越城区小学体育场馆开放状况进行了全面的调查和研究。对当前绍兴市越城区小学体育场馆开放现状，开放过程中面临的问题，影响开放的因素等方面进行了细致的分析，最终得出以下结论：绍兴市越城区小学体育场馆还没实现全面开放，开放力度小，开放的时间有限，不能满足社区居民的健身需求。究其原因是政府还没有制定一系列完善的学校体育场馆对外开放的政策法规，对开放学校的投资力度不够；学校领导在开放学校体育场馆对全民健身和构建和谐社会的重要作用上认识不够，开放时缺乏有效的学校体育场馆开放管理制度；社区在学校体育场馆开放的工作中作用还没发挥。如果政府、学校、社区“三位一体”，建立有效的运行机制和管理模式，那就能最大限度地发挥学校体育场馆的社会服务功能。关键词：体育场馆；社会开放；鲁迅小学Research on the Opening of the Sports Centers of Primary and Middle Schools in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City——Taking M Middle School as an exampleAbstract: This paper takes the M Middle School in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing as the research object, and uses the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method, mathematical statistics method and interview method to conduct a comprehensive investigation and research on the opening situation of the sports halls in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City.
