摘 要“安塞腰鼓”是产生于陕北黄土高原的一项民俗体育，它也是我国的非遗文化，它的粗矿豪迈的表演风格与黄土高原的自然环境、地理风貌浑然一体。其表演形式也多种多样，可由一人演奏也可以由几千人同时演奏，气势磅礴、表现力强且极具震撼力，被誉为“天下第一鼓的美誉”，其独特的表演形式及其健身价值深受人们的喜爱，本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法、数理分析法等研究方法，对陕西省高校开展安塞腰鼓课程的现状进行研究分析发现，大多数高校不重视安塞腰鼓的开展，学校里面没有专业的授课教师，没有专门的训练场地，器材也供给不了学生及教师的需求，而且举办这方面的活动也比较少，大多数学生对安塞腰鼓也不是很了解，导致开展安塞腰鼓课程受到限制，其实安塞腰鼓对人们有很好的健身效果，希望学校领导能够重视安塞腰鼓开展存在的问题，能够让我国的非遗文化流传与民间，能让安塞腰鼓这一民俗体育项目得到更好地传承。关键词：安塞腰鼓；对策；现状；陕西省高校；民俗体育Abstract"Ansai drum" is a folk sports in the Loess Plateau of North Shaanxi Province, it is also one of China's intangible cultural heritage, natural environment, geographical features all blend into one harmonious whole ore its bold style and the Loess plateau.
