摘 要在当前城镇化进程不断加快的环境中，社会经济发展迅速，对土地的需求也在不断的增加，传统城镇对土地的低效利用已日益不合理，如何优化对土地的利用，实现对土地的在开发，同时加强企业的可持续发展，成为当前人们极为关注的问题。然而如何对城镇低效用地进行再开发，同时确保整个城市的可持续发展，也成为学者关注思考的问题。我国国家也颁布了较多的法律法规来确保城市土地资源的高效开发，以实现土地的集约利用。因而逼着对该问题进行探究。文章首先概述了研究背景、意义等，为后文的探究奠定框架；其次对城镇低效用地再开发的相关概念及理论进行了论述；再次探究了城镇低效用地再开发的途径；接着分析了城镇低效用地再开发实践探索及经验；最后提出了相应的建议，包括政策法规方面、实施运行层面以及监督治理层面三大方面。以期能够为相关管理者提供有价值的参考。关键词：城镇低效用地；土地再开发利用；节约集约；资源开发1AbstractIn the current environment of accelerating urbanization, the social economy is developing rapidly, and the demand for land is also increasing.
