摘 要在当前城镇化进程不断加快的环境中,社会经济发展迅速,对土地的需求也在不断的增加,传统城镇对土地的低效利用已日益不合理,如何优化对土地的利用,实现对土地的在开发,同时加强企业的可持续发展,成为当前人们极为关注的问题。然而如何对城镇低效用地进行再开发,同时确保整个城市的可持续发展,也成为学者关注思考的问题。我国国家也颁布了较多的法律法规来确保城市土地资源的高效开发,以实现土地的集约利用。因而逼着对该问题进行探究。文章首先概述了研究背景、意义等,为后文的探究奠定框架;其次对城镇低效用地再开发的相关概念及理论进行了论述;再次探究了城镇低效用地再开发的途径;接着分析了城镇低效用地再开发实践探索及经验;最后提出了相应的建议,包括政策法规方面、实施运行层面以及监督治理层面三大方面。以期能够为相关管理者提供有价值的参考。关键词:城镇低效用地;土地再开发利用;节约集约;资源开发1AbstractIn the current environment of accelerating urbanization, the social economy is developing rapidly, and the demand for land is also increasing.
