本文通过对浦源村“鱼祭”的民俗活动进行探析，以文献资料法，田野调查法，访谈法等研究方法，寻找其中存在的体育元素，并对其展开分析，研究发现,其中存在着“鱼祭游行”“护鱼拳”“护鱼镋”等具有相当体育价值的，包含着强身健体，表演，等形式的体育元素存在:1、浦源村“鱼祭”民俗活动是由南宋嘉定期间大夫郑尚公举家搬迁至浦源村而逐渐形成的，是人们对“鲤鱼仙姑”的信仰而产生的习俗性文化，是当地村民日常生活中的宗教信仰的具现化。2、浦源村“鱼祭 ”是人们在继承传统文化过程中，促进身体健康，使特殊的心理需求得到满足，促进当地村民的道德品质培养，促进浦源村旅游经济的发展，维护了我国传统文化的多样性，为国家传统文化的继承与发展做出一定贡献，充分体现体育价值。3、浦源村“鱼祭”在国家、省、地方各级人民政府的有力支持下，传承与保护得到了较为有力的发展，在当地有着一定的影响力，但随着经济发展，传承人老化，年轻人对传统文化的认知兴趣不高，传承陷入了一定困境，传承保护的情况已然不可乐观。关键词：鱼祭；体育元素AbstractBased on the analysis of the folk culture of "fish sacrifice" in Puyuan village, this paper uses the research methods of literature, field investigation and interview to find out the existing sports elements, and analyzes them. it is found that there are some sports elements with considerable sports value such as "fish sacrifice parade", "fish protection boxing" and "fish protection fishing", which include physical fitness, performance and other forms of sports elements.
