I目录摘 要装备制造业是关系国计民生的国家支柱性产业,拉动国民经济的发展。“一带一路”为中国工程机械企业“走出去”搭建了重要平台,通过借助出海、海外并购、海外投资建厂等方式,让越来越多的工程机械企业走出国门,主动参与全球竞争,为唱响工程机械民族品牌,推动中国工程机械实现可持续发展创造了条件。在“一带一路”倡议提出的大背景下,徐工集团作为中国工程机械行业的排头兵,也紧跟时代的步伐,加速发展,带领企业走出去。 本文运用案例分析法以徐工集团(XCMG)为研究对象,从“一带一路”倡议的提出出发,对“一带一路”倡议的市场效应进行梳理。其次运用文献研究法对徐工集团装备制造业的发展现状进行分析,从而得出其在“一带一路”倡议下出口国际市场过程中存在的瓶颈问题,即产品在“一带一路”的高端品牌市场中处于劣势、核心技术以及转型升级的挑战、缺乏专业技术人才、面临复杂投资环境投资风险高。进而为提高徐工集团在“一带一路”倡议下装备制造的国际竞争力提出四条发展路径,第一,大力开展智能制造依托工业互联网服务全球市场;第二,加快推进技术创新,促进转型升级;第三,合理利用银行贷款,同时注意规避汇率风险;第四,积极掌握相关信息,尊重当地文化。关键词:一带一路;装备制造业;徐工集团ABSTRACTThe equipment manufacturing industry is a national pillar industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, which drives the development of the national economy.
