摘 要中国是世界上花卉种植面积最大的国家。从世界花卉产业以每年 26%的速度发展来看花卉产业市场前景十分广阔。云南拥有优越的气候条件，十分有利于鲜花的种植，同时，在“一带一路”倡议[1]的指导下，云南与东南亚各个国的合作更加紧密，这使得云南的区位优势愈加凸显。因此，花卉产业是促进云南整体的农业经济发展中一个很重要的角色，同时也是我国最具有发展潜力的产业之一。但由于近些年来国内花卉产业市场的物流设施落后、运输成本高、出口渠道杂乱、花卉产品质量不稳定等问题，使得云南花卉市场的低物流成本、可持续发展遭到了抑制，影响了我国花卉国内市场、出口市场的提升。本文将对“一带一路”倡议下的云南花卉物流现状进行分析，并与国外花卉物流发展情况进行对比，在分析了国外与云南花卉物流发展情况的差异后，通过采用 DEMATEL 模型[2]对影响云南花卉物流发展的关键因素进行分析并根据这些因素具体构建云南花卉物流模式。最后针对政策支持、信息平台、物流标准等方面提出发展云南花卉物流的对策建议。关键词：一带一路，云南花卉物流，物流模式IIIAbstractChina has the largest flower planting area in the world.
