“一带一路”背景下中俄两国贸易合作潜力分析摘 要作为发展中国家中的大国，虽然中国和俄罗斯在国际上有着较高的国际地位，但是仍然受限于一些西方发达国家,特别是在国际贸易的相关规定的制定上面，缺少主动权。作为邻国，中俄虽然已经有了二十几年的稳定合作关系，但是从两国的政治关系来看，双方贸易合作的规模远远不够大。因此，“一带一路”战略的提出,正符合了中俄之间应该发展的正确道路，为扩大中俄合作领域、深化合作项目、巩固在国际上的大国地位,提供了千载难逢的机遇。本文在参阅大量文献和相关资料的基础上,以理论分析的方法、定量分析法为基础,首先介绍了中俄贸易发展历程和发展现状,指出中俄在双边贸易、双边投资、能源领域、中医药领域等方面发展的状况及出现的问题,最后综合定性与定量的研究,结合前文分析的结果,分析了当前中俄贸易中遇到的问题与障碍,针对性的提出了发展中俄双边贸易的对策建议。关键词：中俄；一带一路；国际贸易；潜力分析。IThe analysis of the potential of China-Russian trade cooperation The Belt and Road backgroundABSTRACT As a developing country in the country, although Chinese and Russia have a higher international status in the world, but is still limited by some western developed countries, especially in the relevant provisions of international trade development, the lack of initiative.
