家族企业治理模式与经营绩效关系研究【摘要】改革开放二十多年来，中国的家族企业有了长足的发展，在企业发展的同时家族企业的治理模式也在不断地变化。经过改革开放至今 30 多年的发展,无论是在促进经济发展、促进就业还是在刺激消费方面都做出了突出的贡献。，国外学者相对走在了研究的前沿，国内学者起步虽晚，但近年来在此方面的研究也不断深入，偏向于将理论结合到国内家族企业这一具体情景中，并提出了修正式、验证式的结论。本文通过介绍家族企业治理模式的相关概念，通过阅读前人研究文献，采用实证分析与模型分析相结合的方法，构建了家族企业治理模式与经营绩效模型的主要框架，并通过利用浙江省企业调研数据,对非上市的中小型家族企业进行了调研,。论文所建立的模型指标，主要关注股权结构、领导权结构以及管理特征对家族企业绩效的影响然后进行实证模拟分析。【关键词】家族企业 治理模式 经营绩效 模型构建1Family business governance model and the relationship of business performance【Abstract】Twenty years of reform and opening up, China's family business has made great progress in the development of the family business corporate governance model is also constantly changing.
