封面浅论新时代基层行政管理中的依法行政问题及对策——以 z 市为例摘 要健康的行政沟通对政府职能的顺利行使大有裨益。行政沟通高效或低效,会直接关系到政策信息上传和发布的高效或低效。不仅如此,公众是否可以顺利地表达自己的利益和需要也与行政沟通的效果有着密不可分的联系。认为行政沟通障碍被妥善处理掉的程度是决定政府行政效率的一个关键因素,这一想法是正确的。本文主要论述了行政沟通的广泛意义，即行政部门与外部环境之间的相关政策建议的制定和实施。政策之所以能比较有效地实施并促使社会进程有序发展，靠的是影响、协调、交流和意见反馈。行政沟通的各种需求，存在于地方政府每日的行政管理活动中。但是，由于我国当前经济水平的快速发展，地方政府的行政沟通存在着一些障碍，如信息失真、信息不对称、组织结构不合理等。为了解决上述问题，本文以 Z 市为例进行探究，出相应的策略，即要完善行政组织体系，实现行政传播媒体和信息的多元化，加强电子政务建设和其他解决办法。关键词：依法行政；行政执法；监督机制AbstractHealthy administrative communication is of great benefit to the smooth functioning of government functions.
