I河南省 A 股上市公司企业绩效影响因素分析摘 要 在企业内部管理的过程中,绩效评估是极其重要的环节,也是“战略实施的工具。”企业经营管理者可以基于此来改善工作,而对于企业的经营者来说,其晋升和奖酬都取决于绩效评估,若是绩效评估合理恰当,就可以在很大程度上提升企业经营者的工作积极性,这也能够避免优秀人才的流失并提高企业的效益。然而,就目前而言,企业的绩效方面存在着较多问题,本文主要是将河南省 A 股上市公司作为背景,对该环境中的企业绩效的发展和影响因素进行研究,发现影响因素有:绩效评估主体、绩效评估指标、绩效评估方式。本文采用了文献综述法和归纳总结法,首先介绍了本文的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状,其次介绍了相关理论,之后分析了公司的盈利能力、发展现状及及影响因素,最后给出了公司绩效问题的对策。结果发现:推进企业绩效评估主体多元化、构建科学化企业绩效评估指标、实现企业绩效评估方式的系统化能够改善企业绩效问题。关键词 河南省/上市公司/绩效/影响因素/A 股IIIANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE OF A-SHARE LISTED COMPANIES IN Henan PROVINCEABSTRACTIn the process of enterprise internal management, performance evaluation is an extremely important link, and also a "tool for strategic implementation".
