题目：“城中村”改造问题初步研究 -- 以郑州市城中 村改造为例摘要“城中村”是中国快速城市化进程中的产生的现象。90 年代中后期，城市扩张和郊区化进程加速，边远地区大量土地被征用，城市政府或开发主体为了规避极高的经济成本和社会成本，导致被绕开的村落成为“城中村”，在土地利用、建设、景观、规划管理、行政体制方面表现出强烈的城乡差异和矛盾, 己经成为影响我国城市协调发展、功能提升和市民生活质量进一步改善的突出问题，“城中村”问题己成为政府面对的主要难题之一，城市化进程中出现的“城中村”己经成为阻碍城市更进一步发展的障碍。本文以国内城市“城中村”改造的共性为基础，以郑州市“城中村”改造作为具体研究对象，在分析其它城市“城中村”改造经验的基础上，来探讨“城中村”的形成机制、存在的问题、改造中的难点，针对这些问题、难点，提出一些建议，达到为“城中村”改造的有关政府部门决策提供理论智力支持和参考的目的。关键词：城中村；郑州；改造ABSTRACT"Villages" is China's fast urbanization process in the phenomenon.
