I摘要我国社会经济的不断发展使建筑业快速崛起,在激烈的市场环境下,怎样才能在保证工程施工质量和安全,满足工期的要求下,降低工程成本,是每个企业所关心的问题。只有降低了施工成本,提高了项目的经济效益和盈利能力,才能增强市场竞争力。所以成本管理是项目建设中的重点。本文首先阐述了研究的背景和意义,分析了国内外成本研究现状,研究方法运用了文献研究法、案例分析法和经验归纳法;然后介绍了关于成本管理的相关理论知识,简单说明了挣值法的概念和指标。以碧桂园 1021 项目为例进行分析研究,对项目的管理现状进行了阐述,以挣值法分析了 7 月份存在的问题,并找出了问题出现的原因。最后,给出改正措施和建议。关键词:成本管理,施工企业,措施,挣值法IIABSTRACTThe continuous development of social economy in China makes the construction industry rise rapidly, in the fierce market environment, how to ensure the quality and safety of the project construction, meet the requirements of the construction period, reduce the project cost. is the concern of every enterprise.
