马鞍山钢铁集团汽车后市场物流产业园布局规划I摘 要钢铁行业作为第二产业的重要组成部分,为助力我国经济建设发挥了重要作用。2017 年《政府工作报告》中提出加快钢铁企业转型升级,以适应经济新常态的发展,随着钢铁行业的转型发展和市场化布局结构调整,互联网技术的应用和一体化服务成为了传统钢铁企业转型发展的新方向。这为汽车后市场化发展带来了新的机遇。本文基于马鞍山钢铁集团及同行业汽车服务企业调研,分析当前汽车后市场化市场环境与市场需求,最终为马钢集团汽车后市场化发展提出“线上+线下”模式的新型“物流产业园”优化布局方案,并为该行业提供借鉴案例。关键词:物流产业园;汽车后市场化;SLP 规划法;资源整合IIAbstractAs an important part of the secondary industry, the steel industry has played an important role in helping economic construction of china.
