本科论文华为公司发展战略研究摘 要随着经济全球化的发展,市场竞争不断加剧,华为作为一家民营通讯企业能在众多实力强劲的跨国企业中占据一席之地,得益于华为发展战略的正确制定以及合理的战略规划。现如今,随着通讯企业与计算机、互联网行业的快速融合发展,其内部环境发生了巨大的变化,加之日益多变的市场环境,为了保持企业的持续成长和盈利能力,华为应更好的审视自己的发展战略,为企业获得持续的竞争优势。本文以华为公司为研究对象,采用文献分析法,对企业管理的相关理论进行系统的阐述,随后借助波特五力模型、PEST、SWOT 分析法来对华为公司发展过程中的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析研究,通过对组织结构、财务状况以及研发和人才投入的分析,以此了解华为的内部条件,并结合具体情况提出一些有利于华为公司发展战略实施的建议。最后,在内外部环境分析的基础上,阐述华为公司的战略选择与实施,并对战略实施中存在的问题及相应的解决方法进行总结,提出一些切实可行的意见。 关键词:华为公司;环境分析;发展战略本科论文AbstractAs economic globalization develops and market competition continues to intensify, Huawei, as a private communications company, can occupy a place among many powerful multinational companies, thanks to the correct formulation of Huawei's development strategy and reasonable strategic planning.
